What makes it funny?
She presents these ambitions as a list of life goals, putting an ordinary snack alongside the need to acquire a body. Her insistence that this is all perfectly normal gives the first-person introduction its cheek. The Bookish Books reviewer singles out the heroine as the book’s comic attraction.
